Installation

local_sepe is a Moodle local plugin. It publishes /local/sepe/ws/service.php as the SOAP 1.1 endpoint.

Requirements

• Moodle 4.x with HTTPS on a public hostname.
• Admin access to install local plugins.
• The official WSDL contract ProveedorCentroTFWS (Annex V, Order TMS/369/2019).

Steps

1. Copy the plugin folder to moodle/local/sepe (the folder name must be sepe).
2. Sign in as admin and open Site administration → Notifications to run the upgrade.
3. Open Site administration → Plugins → Local plugins → SEPE teleformación connector.
4. Set the WS-Security password and the centre fields (see Plugin fields).
5. Confirm the WSDL URL loads: https://your-campus/local/sepe/ws/service.php?wsdl.

Cloudflare

SOAP POSTs without a client User-Agent can get error 1010. Real SEPE clients send one. For tests, send a User-Agent header.

What you hand to SEPE later

Not an informal email. The tracking URL and the UsernameToken go in the official teleformación accreditation or inscription on the SEPE electronic office. Field-by-field: SEPE application.
