local_sepe expone en tu campus el endpoint HTTPS que llama el SEPE. Moodle aporta los datos; el conector los entrega con el contrato SOAP requerido.
local_sepe exposes the HTTPS endpoint that SEPE calls on your campus. Moodle is the data source; the connector delivers it through the required SOAP contract.
No es un plugin oficial del SEPE ni acredita al centro: implementa el contrato técnico de la Orden TMS/369/2019 (servicio ProveedorCentroTFWS). La inscripción y acreditación del centro se tramitan con el SEPE.
Not an official SEPE plugin and it does not accredit the centre: it implements the technical contract of Orden TMS/369/2019 (ProveedorCentroTFWS service). Centre registration and accreditation are handled with SEPE.

Qué hace el plugin
What the plugin does
Instalado como plugin local de Moodle, local_sepe crea el lado proveedor: publica el WSDL y recibe peticiones SOAP en una URL HTTPS del campus.
Installed as a Moodle local plugin, local_sepe implements the provider side: it publishes the WSDL and receives SOAP requests at an HTTPS URL on the campus.
Los datos propios de Moodle —usuarios, matrículas, finalización, calificaciones y actividad— se combinan con la configuración específica del centro y de cada acción formativa.
Moodle data—users, enrolments, completion, grades and activity—is combined with centre-specific and training-action configuration.
