Technical debt, part 3: I refactored a 1,000-line view… and underneath was a query scanning the whole log table

Third and final part of the big mod_jitsi refactor. The main view, from 971 to 455 lines. But the juicy part was underneath: a cache hiding a seq scan (21× slower than needed), an N+1, a concurrency bug and a few time capsules.
