What it is

El día de las llaves recorres el piso y anotas, con fotos, los desperfectos que ya tiene. El casero se queda esa constancia en el PDF.

On the day you get the keys you walk the flat and note, with photos, the defects it already has. The landlord keeps that record in the PDF.

Si más adelante te dice que uno es tuyo, puedes decir que ya estaba y demostrarlo.

If later they say one is yours, you can say it was already there and show it.

Cómo empezar

How to start

1. Acepta el aviso (no es un peritaje).
2. Añade el piso. Si estás ahí, pulsa Localizar.
3. Haz la Entrada el día de las llaves.
4. El día de la salida, el mismo recorrido.
5. Genera el PDF y mándaselo al casero ese mismo día.

1. Accept the notice (this is not an expert appraisal).
2. Add the flat. If you’re there, tap Locate.
3. Do the check-in on the day you get the keys.
4. On move-out day, the same walkthrough.
5. Generate the PDF and send it to the landlord that same day.

El PDF se sella en este iPhone. Verificar PDF (Ajustes) comprueba que no lo han retocado. No es firma electrónica cualificada. La fecha de entrega la pone el WhatsApp o el mail.

The PDF is sealed on this iPhone. Verify PDF (Settings) checks that nobody has edited it. It is not a qualified electronic signature. The delivery date is the one on WhatsApp or email.
